www.punkrockvids.com/ is a pretty good one, It all depends on the music your into.
If your after PSP formatted videos just look around on google video.

i heard you can download videos for your ipod and your psp from google video, thats a pretty useful source..

Search on Google Video and select the video you'd like to download. Please note, videos from YouTube are not available for download at this time.
2. Select "Video iPod/Sony PSP" from the drop-down menu to the right of the video and click the "Download" button. If these options don't appear, the video in question isn't available for download.
3. Save the video to a location on your computer.
4. Create a new folder on your memory stick named "VIDEO" (without quotations). Copy/move the file to the "VIDEO" folder on your PSP memory stick.

all videos have the drop down box i think and it says on google video site download to: windows or mac

okay. there it is. go through that guide and once you have the mozilla firefox, the video download plugin and the video that you want that should be in a .FLV file, google around for 3GP converter and download it.
its in japanese but you can change it to english by going into Setup.exe.
also in the Setup.exe, scroll down that list and choose;
Model: MP4, for PSP (Direct, renamed)
some people can choose;
Model: MP4, for PSP
if they know what they're doing
once you have done those settings click apply and exit.
go into 3GP_Converter.exe and in the drop down list, choose the quality of the sound/video
good quality is the way to go because crap quality would make it look like english dubbing over chinese audio or vice versa 
the only thing that is bad about good quality is the size of the video is larger
therefore, choose QVGA/29.97fps/768kbps Stereo/128kbps
for those people who dont give a crap about quality, you can choose some other setting.
then after all these settings, you can finally click and drag your "VIDEO.FLV" file over to the "Drag&Drop files here" BOX and the conversion will start!
once it's finished (for those who chose psp (direct, renamed) you can move your video to your psp!
and no, you do NOT put it in your video folder >.>
on your psp's root folder (aka the K: or X: or whatever), there should be a folder called MP_ROOT.
if the converted files are in a folder called 103MNV01 (or any other number besides the 03 - e.g. 12,06,01,35,etc..) or whatever, just copy/move the folder into the MP_ROOT folder.
if it did not convert the files into a folder, make a folder called 1**MNV01 (* = any number you choose)in the MP_ROOT folder and then copy/move the converted files into that 1**MNV01 folder.
now you're finished!
this might sound like a long process but its all worth it because you can do youtube videos and such as well as any other videos e.g. .AVI files

go to save and then save to wherever you want
i use the desktop almost all the time and i have a Backup Install Files folder on my backup hard drive so yeah.
eerr VINZ!! you made it look hard!! ah! 
Seriously, all you have to do is:
Go to vixy.net/ then copy and paste the url of the youtube video there. Choose the format you want the video in (for a PSP it will be MP4 it specifies that there as well). Then it converts it. Then you download it. Simple as! Like 5 minute process including the download.

that's for online use.
the 3GP converter i stated is used anytime.
what if your internet was cut and still wanted to convert movies/videos?
you use the 3GP converter. (or any other converters out there)
it just sounds hard
