There's no way they could get a cast that star-studded.
1)Nearly every one of those actors would be demanding a major script role (forcing the movie to be about 4 hours long)
2)I'd say at least 6 of them would be asking for $15+ mil for a movie. Jackman, Blanchett, Connery, Dicaprio, Johansson, Bale. The rest would have a right to a fair pay packet as well. 150 mil or so on just cast payments, they won't spend that kind of money.
3) Those actors do have the looks for the characters, but in one case (Gerard Way) it is a singer, no an actor. I doubt Johnasson can use a gun, or pretend to use a gun in the way she has to. Psycho Mantis could just be a stunt man considering he seems to be costumed the whole time (same with Gray Fox). Naomi Hunter, a doctor, that would be a small role im guessing, so Green would be to high profile.

I might look at getting these games ... hmm.
