somethings are just not meant to be together. electric currents and water are one of them.
cooling PC's has been a major issue since day one. everything gets faster smaller and more powerful. this all generates heat. heat is a major enemy of power and speed. if your cars engine gets hot and overheats, your off to the side of the road. if your pc gets hot then it will slow down losing performance and eventually die.
liquid cooling is relatively new. i would be very careful in your choise of liquid cooling cases. they will still need to rely on fans (of some description) to cool them down.
