NO: option1: DIY you can buy a new screen on ebay dfor about $40 and then install it yourself there are many videos on youtube how to do it however it may be too hard.
option2: Contact sony and they will basically chrage you $140 and they will fix your psp
option3: sell the psp on ebay advertised with the cracked screenb manyt poepl will want to buty as they think its a bargain as new screen cost only $40, may get $100ish
option4:Some popel on ebay and modchipping services fix for about $90.
