well send it to www.micksxboxmods.com thats what i did to get it downgraded and i wasn't sure it he was a scammer or not but he isn't he runs his business well and sends it off quickly. He lives in NSW. he downgraded my PSP and put custom firmware on it for $35 + p&h ($5)
