Social \ Google Earths hidden flight simulator

It was something a little odd to comeby and rather unexpected by me. Apparently the latest version of Google Earth (also hyped up about having the sky watching feature) has a hidden flight simulator build into it. You can activate it by pressing Ctrl + Alt + A.It doesn't come all that close to what the Microsoft Flight simulators provide but it's still something acceptable with the option of picking two planes and a few airports.

Why just hover over the land when you can really fly over it, in a fake sort of way. Oh and it should also be really fun if you got a joystick.

It's hell difficult to fly without a joystick. I tried using the mouse for awhile and gave up after about two minutes. It's a cool concept though. I hope they improve it more in later versions of Google Earth.

Yeah I noticed that right after I begun using it. Any computer dating back up for about seven years should be able to run Google Earth on its minimum assuming it has a decent enough graphics card.

nah not to much just download the .bin file to desktop change directory to /home/*username*/Desktop and type 'sh GoogleEarthLinux.bin' and it is pretty much self explanatory from there (make sure you have the latest nvidia drivers intalled)
