why cant you play online? is it only ad hoc? i went near the tavern and it says go online or offline tavern.. does online tavern mean only that u can chat to people? i thought you could play online! and its portable, this is the psp one i am talking about

no. offline is to do the quests in the hall by yourself, online means with a friend via ad-hoc. gay, i know

Unless you have X-link kia. Which is annoying to get/install. I thought the same thing though... But it is fun to do by yourself, or force your friends to buy it :/.
