Take a look at what people think of Apples customer service. It's really quite awful. iPods are also wastes of money because you can buy many more mp3 players with more features, better battery life and greater capacity for a lower price. I bought my Zen Micro 5gb for about $350 when a 4gb iPod Mini was $400. The Zen had a load more features, held for for a lesser price, came in the box with some really good quality headphones, remote, docking station, cables and charger, neck strap and a two year warranty.
I see so many people blow their money off on an iPod, simply because it says iPod on it.
