EB games is the best for me, friendly staff, un-cramped store, peacefullness.

Game has dark ligthing, small shelf space, it feels small.

JB HIfi sometimes has the cheapest stuff, but I'd rather take up a price matching at EB from JB's prices, I find JB doesn't give you the box, it's a small thing, but I'm still paying for it.

That is false advertising. Never mind the fact that I told him I was willing to drive up there to get it, would take me like 50 minutes, he still wouldnt honour the advertised price. Thats is the crappest customer service ever.

The thing is, I cant get this umd anywhere else, its discontinued. Thats like the only place I could have gotten it, so yes I would have driven there to get it. But the point is, its just ****ty customer service. I work in retail, and if a customer was after a certain product I know I would do my best to help them get it. If my companys website was offering something at a certain price I would sure as hell honour that for them, end of story. I know never to go to GAME Greenhills ever again now anyway, so I guess I learned something, lol.

hyperdome is up where I live I think theres only 2 in aus its got like 10 shoe shops, 10 clothes shops (atleast), 5 game shops and all those other ones like coles bi-lo kmart big w and 50 others we even got a shop that imports lollies from the US and sell em at ridiculus prices oh well its pretty much a superstore... and the other hyperdome is in vic but I dont know maybe theres one in each State or mayb only up here but you shod have somethng dwn there coz we got 2 (Hyperdome and Grand Plaza) within30km

Eb games always have people in the shop, no one in gametraders.
I usually try to buy from EB when the have the sales on and usually the people there are quite good, friendly. but I get sick of that dam announcer guy they have going in the back ground " buy the latest games"etc or something , usually over loud..
