Social \ Any Ideas on what game i should buy

Out of the money that i got for Christmas 
i want to buy a game and i dont know what to buy. Any Ideas, Ok here is the type of game that i want
One that will last, I dont want a short game that will take like 6 hours to finish or anything, It needs to have a good life span.
One that has good Controls and a good story.
An Action-Adventure sorta game. or platform.
And one that has good graphics and that is fun.
I was thinking of buying Syphon Filter: Logans Shadow or Metel Gear Portable ops or Tomb Raider: Anniversary or God of War: Chains of Olympis or some other one that i see that looks good.... But i just dnt wanna waste my money, Any ideas, Well the ones that i said above are the type on genre that i like.

Medal Of Honour Heroes 2... oh a long game, okay... then defiantely Syphon Filter Logan's Shadow, it is the best shooter on the PSP, and probably the best game 
Single Player lasts a while, plus you have unlocks like new guns and stuff, and then there is online, which is absolutely awesome, i like it's online better than both Medal Of Honour Heroes and Medal Of Honour Heroes 2, and they both rock, so that makes Logan's Shadow's online AWESOME!!!
