well i got a 3rd one and it converts it but my iriver converter doesnt pick it up.
and the stupid swf to mp4 converter leaves a massive water mark in the middle of the screen argh HELP!!!!!

Get VLC Media Player, plays any video or audio file, very helpful.

You have to a hold of a freeware program, or chuz .*cough*. was right. *cough*
