I used to drop my swf files into avi to swf converter and it makes them into avi, then from there I'd probably take them into 3gp. I think the easier way I do it now it through youtube downloader. youtubedownload.altervista.org/
Totally free program that can take videos from youtube then convert them into a wide range of formats.

Search a program called "Super" on google, the site can be a little hard navigating, but the software is actually there and it converts anything to just about anything.
