click on their name where it says "so and so says" about their post.
so click on mine that says "BJ2 says:" and it will load up a page. From there you click the button under my picture that says "Me Mate"
this will send me an invite to be your friend and i will either accept or reject (i've never heard of someone being rejected though, it very rarely happens i think)
