**EDIT** Hmmm, okay I'm pretty sure that I've found it.. The website is called www.freewebs.com they say that "they make the site for you" but really they've just created tools for you, and if you want a free site then they only give you basic tools..

I think that's the way it works anyway! But I'm pretty sure that's the guys I was with when I was making my website.. Until I discovered FrontPage.. Which is simpler to use than Dreamweaver..

Buying a URL is actually pretty cheap nowadays... The bigger cost is the hosting...
