Free Running Review - 10/10

Free Running is based from Le Parkour which is a physical art of French origin, the aim of which is to move from point A to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the possibilities of the human body.

Graphics:
The graphics in Free Running is actually pretty good compared to other games. The lighting effects and texture have a lot of improvement, making it look cool. 'For Actual screenshots Of Free Running, Go To Link: img294.imageshack.us/

Sound:
The sound in the game is something not really paid attention to but the soundtrack. There's not a bad soundtrack, it's mostly french songs, but they are cool songs. No distortion's or anything so it's good.
Rating: 7.5/10

Gameplay:
The whole gameplay of Free Running is what makes it a fun game for example the different modes (challenges) such as Freestyle (Where you go around the level and complete the different challenges in no time limit given, also to explore the level), Target Hit (Where you have to collect all red targets scattered through the level in a time limit), Ground Zero (Where you have to collect all the targets within given time limit but without touching the floor), Free Race (Where you race an opponent through the relay markers around the level to finish first and win a medal), Crash Test (Where you are a test dummy and have to take maximum damage for points) and many more different challenge modes. Plus you also unlock new clothing like shirts, pants, shoes and also unlocking tricks, movies and songs. Clothing sponsored by Adidas.
Rating: 10/10 For Fun

Controls:
The controls are easy to get used to for example:
--To do land tricks like an axe kick or other tricks, you can either muck around with like L+R+O or other like R+Square and when you do the trick, as soon as you're about to land you have to press X or Square to land properly like doing a roll to not get any damage (also when falling from a high place)
--O is for Jump
--Holding X next to wall does wall run
--Analog Stick to move around
--After doing tricks and jumps and filling up your stamina bar, if you hold Square while running, you'll run faster letting you jump further.
--Triangle to just flip the camera to the other side.

Multiplayer:
Yes indeed there is multiplayer and it is one of the best features of the game. What wouldn't be better than versing against your friends or rivals in all modes available in the game like racing through the level or just plain doing the most tricks. Dominate your pride and keep yourself at the top. On the down side, there is no game sharing so no giving free sample's to cheap friends.
Rating: 10/10 For Fun Indeed!

Overall:
The game is made for fun and also learning the arts of Le Parkour as written above^. If you want to go around the 10 different levels like U.K Flats, The Docks or even practice at The Gym, it's just plain good old fun. What wouldn't be better than climbing on window edges or jumping from a roof to another roof. Grab this and you won't be disappointed.
