1. Download and extract the recovery files here [ http://homepage.mac.com/kevinmacleod/psp/303oe/recovery/recovery.zip ].
2. Hold down the right trigger on the PSP and turn it on (while holding the trigger).
3. You should see a blue screen come up, Dont panic!, this is called 'Recovery Mode', A feature on custom firmwares.
4. Click on the first option (toggle USB), This will turn USB mode on so you can connect to your computer.
5. Go to your memory stick removable drive (E.g, F:/, E:/) Whatever letter yours is.
6. When inside, copy the folder 'recovery' to "PSP/GAME" part of the memory stick (The one we downloaded in step 1)
7. Now download 1.5 EBOOT which can be found here [http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=163 ].
8. Extract the downloaded folder and copy the EBOOT inside.
9. Now, Find the folder we put in the 'PSP/GAME' part of the memory stick that was named 'RECOVERY'
10. Now put the downloaded 1.5 EBOOT (refer to step 7) in the 'RECOVERY' folder.
11. Now turn your PSP off, Then turn it back on again whilst holding the right trigger down.
12. You will now see what we did in step 3. Go to the option "/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" and click on it.
13. Now what you do to your PSP now is YOUR responsibility. There is a slight chance of bricking.
14. It will say do you want to flash your PSP. Click X to begin or R trigger to back out.
15. When its flashing [b]DO NOT[/b] turn your PSP off. if it takes long, leave it.
16. You should have sucessfully recovered your PSP. Now, enjoy =)
