any help would be appreciated becuase im going there in november and i need to know how much money i should save up before i go.

i dont really need to


PSP - i can get custom firmware to overcome region protection for movies

Mobile Phone - it will work in australia. my current mobile is from there and it works

Dvd's - my dvd player plays all regions

Pc games - they are region free

PSP games - they are region free

It's really cheap compared to UK stuff.
The Exchange rate was about HK$10 for about GB£0.67, which is rediculously cheap, in contrast to "Rip Off Britain".

I bought a palmtop when I was there, and I didn't have any problems with the power supplys for it, as Hong Kong power adapters are the same as the UK but they gave me one that worked in New Zealand aswell.

Yea my dad bourght a blackberry for HK$8000 and never uses it but I think phones are around HK$700
