Hey man, I just got back a month ago- They're all about $55 ausD
- Go to Akihabara for a few discount places- there's one just outside (across the road) from the JR train line... cheap games, otherwise just keep an eye out everywhere- game prices seemed to fluxuate a fair bit- almost from store to store, but I rarely saw anything under $50 AUSD.

Sadly, I was only there two days- I spent most of my month in Kansai (Kyoto, osaka etc.), so i havn't much advice for tokyo-- Check out Lonely planet, but it's often too vague-- Akihabara's my kind of place- Has heaps of electronics (got a mega-cheap discount digital Camera (8mega-pixels)), and heaps of hobby-shops (I love Manga--). Shinjuku's good for young-person kinda stuff... whatever that means- mainly clothes etc.... Make sure to use the JR Tokyo loop line- it hooks up all the primo spots- Subway's good too, but a bit confusing if you get flustered...
Man, it's turning into an essay...

I found Tokyo very hard to wonder around in (unlike the much smaller kyoto and Nara) so set out a plan for your time, and have fun- The Japanese are the nicest people I've ever met, even with their geocentric views...
