Yeah . . . . I hasve had 2 or three of them, they use the identical Ebay/paypal Logos, and even the email address was very similar IE support@paypaL.com.au (capital 'L' instead of 'l')
The email was like D74 said, it said I needed to update my personal details, so I clicked the url, and was directed to this site that is identical in appearance to Paypal, with all blank fields that needed updating IE Username, password, email address etc etc, and apparently it has a keystroke java running in the backgroud which reports all the fields to the hackers, which they can then access your paypal account.
