yell i inteand of making it work by installing it and i carnt really tell the specs or whatever but its old has 9 gigs and take about 3 mins to start up it also has a shiny sticker that says 'Pentuim!!!' on it. if that helps

i got a 13 year old laptop i put Ubuntu on (linux distro) and it run reallly crappy. linux is a realy pain in the arse to use; like in windows we have '.exe' linux have serveral types that require manual installs - there are no exceutable files!! its a real pain in the arse i gave up on that laptop.
