sx make good guitars... and also have a look at squires and epiphone for budget guitars...

a note replace the stock string with 20 dollar ones!!! the guitar will sound much better... and also if you are starting make sure it comes with a little amp to practice with!

(epiphones are ripoffs or gibson guitars)(i play the guitar and the bass)

Yamaha make some seriously good stuff. I have a Yamaha bass, and acoustic... plus loads of other yamaha stuff.

They are of the highest quality. Such brands as Fender, Gibson and such your mainly paying for the name.
