When I was 13, we went on holiday to Singapore to see my mums family. Nearly a week before we were due to fly out my uncle died of cancer. We ended up going anyway so we could comfort my mums sister because she lost her husband and they still wanted us to come.
We stayed at another reletives house and one day we were over at my auntys' house (the one who was now a widow). Everyone else was downstairs and i was all by myself upstairs, so I did what any curious 13 y.o would do, i snooped around. I ended up finding some of my now deceased uncles personal belongings, such as glasses, phone, diary, passport and his wallet. I looked in his wallet and i found around $200 in Singapore dollars and a $100 Australian note. I took the $100 dollars and some of the Singapore money and kept it.
I guess it was a bad thing to steal from the dead, especially a dead relative. But I was young and foolish (not much has changed now). Now I'm just better and more efficient at doing such things and it doesn't really affect me, neither did it back then.
