I use Nero but I think you need it to be a certain format to burn it to DVD. With .avi you can make a VCD on a regular disc.

if u mean an avi onto a desk use nero to copy it over...if u want to convert it to a dvd so u cna view it on a dvd player etc. get winAVI from some place called torrent land ( )

sikmate please explain! to you want the avi on the dvd (digital versatile disc) or do you want your avi to be put on a dvd (digital video disc...oooh old acronym which no one belives me about being old)
