pretty much both coz certain things out do the other, VCS in my opinion had a better soundtrack, i liked radio x and Kdst but the rest i didnt like that much but still tops, but vcs was awsome, i love every song on that game coz i love 80s music. in VCS You had much more fighting moves than SA,SA thrashed VCS in terms of story line and mission count so meh they kind of cancel eachother out. Each GTA game is a gem coz they all have different personalitys
