I abused it (the policy) so many times that I don't need to say anything anymore, I remember one time, when I was waiting for a specific game to come out, I went through 6 or 7 titles using the no questions asked return policy

Well you really have two choices when you have the monies to buy the game you want, but the game isn't out:

1. Wait for it to come out and save the money somewhere *yeah right*
2. Buy something else, return it get something else, rinse/repeat until the game that you wanna keep comes out

The return policy at EB is pretty good, you don't need to have "a good" reason to return a game as long as you have your original receipt, the game is in the same condition you brought it and it isn't online only. So buy what ever game you want, try it and if you don't like it, then take it back, try not to abuse it and be honest. And as for doing it until a game comes out that you want, you could just use the return to preorder it.
