HA! Just got all the new games that day, so excited, when i have 40 people over i can't help but go 'LOOK AT THE WII', back when it was loved by all for it's cheap gimmicks.

YOu muscles dont get bigger. you mean it doesnt form and bulk. Which muscles your arm muscles. Because I learned that there can be 2 types of upper arm muscles 1 short or 2 long muscles. Whne you have short muscles you can gain muscle strenght but you cant build on its size after a while. But if you have long muscles you can build them like a body builder on steroids. The way you tell is when you put your index finger and middle finger at the end part of your muscle where you flex. And if your fingers fit between you muscle and the part of your arm that bends , then you have short muscles, and if it cant long muscles meaning you can build muscle mass.

HAha, you have both, feel your arm, one short on the front which contracts when bending the elbow, and 2 long ones on the back which contract to straighten your arm, the 2 long ones are your biceps

Yeah thats what Im saying they can get hard but they wont build in size unless you have a long muscle on the top.
