It would be free-roam game, much like GTA:SA but bigger. You create your own player from scratch. You can choose the path you want in life whether its a gangster, drug dealer or basketball player. Then you work on your path for example: You train your character in basketball so you eventually become a player in the NBA. Then you can buy house, cars and boats. You get sponsors if you are a good player. You can settle down with your wife or live life as a bachelor.

I would love that. Its pretty much GTA:SA(a different map) mixed with NBA 2K8.
