Ah yes... the innocence is no longer there.

But to me, I think Nathan Petrelli is the most believable character.

The human flaws... fighting alcoholism, divorce, trying to save his family, find Peter.... looking for redemption.

Such an awesome character... otherwise... Peter is the best!

I don't really like Peter. My gf continually plays Gilmore Girl's dvds at my place. And the character that Peter Petrelli's actor plays is meant to be the f**khead in the show. Which he portrays very nicely. He's a good actor, but I just can't watch or see him as anything else. Like, I can't look at him and go 'ohhh fulli sick uleh hes got subs and telekenesis' and such... I just look at him like 'Hmm, wonder what it would have been like filming in the studio with him.'

But yeah, Nathan Petrelli is a good character.

ps. The innocence may no longer be there, but I'd be fine with that.

She's just 2 years younger than me (if shes still 18)

But yes, its hard for some actor moving away from stereotypes... Napolean Dynamite dude...whatever his name is and Jim Carrey... just two people I cannot take seriously.... althought I haven't seen 23.

Oh right, Takezo Kensai or something. Yeah, I reckon the writers made a good choice with him. But it sucks how he's only going to be acting a support role, I doubt the travelled-back-in-time-and-changed-history story is gonna last that long. Unless because he can heal, he could live forever? Now that'd be a cool twist with Hiro. (in the future)
