Eh .. i don't really play games much anymore. I liked Battlefield and Counterstrike, but they're just lame now. I GAVE Battlefield 2 (and an expansion pack) away to a friend about 18 months ago.

I've always gotten the FIFA games. Then i didn't mind strategy games, now they're just boring. And Warcraft was just lame, Orcs and Elfs, the only reason i bought it was cause it was like the Lord of the Rings

This is what we are using, the Deluxe Edition is far better so get that one. It RRPs for $120, though it came out about this time last year so if your lucky you can get it for $100, so this is a good deal.

yes you need a joystick! the Logitech extreme 3d pro is a good start and is currently what I use (RRP $60, though now is sale time.) and If you want to take it further if you get really good one then get a Saitek thing-a-magig or yoke and separate throttle quadrant.

Lastly,
Be careful what flight sims you get on ebay, make sure that they are new and
that you have heard of them (generally if they have a website) because I have seen some very very dodgy ones where they have taken an open source free flight simulator http:/www.flightgear.org and put it in a fancy box!
