Why? They aren't using and form of motion technology.

I think that trying to sue people is a stupid thing, but if this company wants to protect it's patents then it's a fair enough claim.

I don't see why they waited until now to see them, if they had a real problem they would have sued alot earlier. Seems to me like they just want money.

i must say that was the stupidest thing i ever heard, what about that judge who took a dry cleaning company to court for a false promo or "satisfaction garenteed" and he was "satusfied"

But then again some areas arent reinforced and allow convicted killers and all sorts to slip through the cracks, there's just no justice these days
