after accidently
uninstalling my sound card
and some RM 1050 or somthing like that
I cant find it again to install it??
any help with this would be great

Do you know the little speaker thats in the tray at the bottom right hand corner its gone
how do i get that to come back?

Does the Add/Remove hardware wizard help out at all?

Check if it appears in the device manager too.

yeah ive been there and i
got the sound card working.
its just the little speaker that should be down the bottom is gone
now that i need to fix because its not there when i restart my comp or anything
any one?

If it doesn't appear after restarting then your best bet is in going to the Sounds and Audio Devices and in the middle of the first tab it says Place Volume Icon on the Taskbar. Tick it.

Updating your video drivers is a good thing, I do it every month.

Damn that must be a really really old driver.

for your sound card, look on the actual card, crack open your computer (figure of speech) and read the actual PCI card, detach it from the motherboard if you have to, but make sure not to touch any metal on the PCB, only touch the sides, and touch the case first to earth yourself.

You aren't using motherboard audio are you?

all i know how to do is cahnge ram in stuff lol

Do you plug your speakers into the mobo (up top) or a PCI card (down the bottom)

Hmmm, Foxconn make motherboards. reference your motherboard model number to the foxconn website and they will have the drivers.
