I just searched it. Apparently it's worth $670 million US. :o

.. now there's a way to put your name into history. Destroy it. Hmm..

It tells us that dudes had to paint crappy pictures of ugly women instead of playing video games and searching the internet for porn.

Isn't it sad that this stupid painting is remembered all these years later, when all us humans die off and eventually become forgotten. Paintings live longer than the recollective existance of humans.. sad eh?

Call me an idiot.. but:

Well since Im an artist if Im correct it was a movement of some kind for him and other artists. Realism I think cant remember havent studied art history in ages. Oh also something to do with women, but thats all I remember. And Im not sure if its 100% right.

Cant remember I lack the full knowledge that I use too know when I studied Art history. But I do remember one thing alot of people believed that he combined his own facvial features in with the painting thats why it looks like him in a way but a more feminine version.

i know the reason it looks bigger on the left is because it has two different Horizon points, so the one on the right is higher, making her look smaller and the one on the left is smaller making her look bigger, ahem... not that you need to...
