You always here of ipods being broken, DS's being stuffed up or overloaded, but whats wrong with the PSP? It's never in the bins or found in a gutter. The only problem is that if you open up the faceplate it may get faulty and if you're putting CFW on it and then it could get bricked. I think Sony thought alot about the PSP and other company's like Nintendo and Apple should look up to them...

pixels, joysticks, WLAN switch falling off.
I think that you don't find them totally destroyed because they're nice and big and people will usually take care of it.

PIXELS CAN BE EASILY FIXED AND IT HAPPENS TO EVERYTHING WITH A SCREEN!

Yeahh, that's what i did, when i first got me birthday money, i was going to buy a 8gb 2nd gen nano. that cost me 380. then i just decided to get the 30gb video because it was at the same price...

an ipod is always meant to turn on when connected to a comp...
So connect to powerpoint = turns on
leave at powerpoint for long time = stay on and says charging
disconnect from powerpoint = turns off
turn it on = nothing...

battery problem for sure.
When you put it to the power point, it's probably using the mains power.
The batterys probably fried or something.
take it back!
if they don't accept it SUE THEM!

But that warranty is to do with apple, not with the shop you bought it from. ask the shop to replace it for you, if they don't then use your warranty. If that doesn't work then start complaining.
