Yes it is, and you can even do the Multiplayer quests in Single Player (offline) mode. Although I don't like your chances of finishing many of them....

Hrmr.... I bought mine @ EB, but I'd suggest checking JB Hi-Fi and other shops first (just to pricematch at EB), also check that KMart Sale as well, you never know....
