Yes - i am immortal muhahahaha....anyway - Ive had the precurssor to a cough and cold for 2 weeks - it was dying down i thought, but I was wrong - yesterday it hit like a ton of bricks. I went to training the night before and had my arms nearly pulled out of my sockets. To stop it, I hyperextended my back muscles - the trapezius to be precise so I can't walk without being in some kind of pain. I was entitled to 1 more day of sick leave and i took. Im feeling better so I thought I'd come to work.....
