At the end of this guide, you will be able to use your Pandora's
battery normaly, with the option of booting into pandora mode, which is
great because it means you only need one battery
To do this, if you only have a pandora at the moment and plan to do
this to use it as both normal and pandora and time machin (as i have),
then you may need to boot via the charger being plugged in
Instructions
1) Get a
pandora battery and a magic memory stick with a version of
despertar, if you don't have one go here to make one:
3.xx Pandora Guide
2) Put a USB
cable in your PSP and select USB mode under settings
3) Go into
your psp's drive (eg. G: or I:) so you are looking at a
folder called PSP
4) Find the
1.50 and 3.40 firmwares you downloaded
5) Rename
them to 150.PBP and 340.PBP
6) Copy and
paste them next to the PSP file, not inside. So you can
look at them and the PSP folder at once (this is called your PSP's ROOT)
7) THIS STEP
IS FOR PSP SLIM's ONLY = Now copy the 360.PSAR to the
"ROOT" aswell (once downloded and extracted)
8) Now go
into the PSP folder, then into the GAME folder
9) Copy the
Time Machine app you downloaded and extracted into the GAME
file you are in
10) Now exit
USB mode and scroll across to game then down to memory
stick
11) press X
on the app called "TIME MACHINE"
12) Press X
on the First option then go back to the main menu
(This next step is highly recomended because it means you can use you
time machine battery as a Pandora aswell, but isn't required)
13) Press X
on the 2nd option from the top, then return to the main
menue.
If you are on a Slim then do this
1) Choose
the option "Install 1.50 with 3.40 hw modules (Phat &
Slim)" this may take a few minutes
2) Once that
is finnished, select the option "install 3.60 M33 (Slim)
3) Note,
selecting these will not actualy install the firmwares, it
enables you to have the option (see below) you must do this
4) You are
now done, look below for instructions
Or if you are on a Phat then do this
1) Choose
the optio "Install 1.50 (PhAT) this may take a few minutes
2) Once that
is Finnished, select option "Install 1.50 with 3.40 hw
modules (Phat & Slim)" this may take a few minutes
3) Once that
is finnished, select "Install 3.40 OE (PHAT)" this may
take a few minutes
4) Note,
selecting these will not actualy install the firmwares, it
enables you to have the option (see below) you must do this
