I had an runescape account and I shared it with a friend of mine so I didn't have to spend countless hours leveling up. We worked our way up to around 70-80 and then the idiot went into the pvp area and lost our armor. That made the whole thing more of a waste of time than it already was. I couldn't see myself working for they armor again so I quit. The whole system of losing everything except the three most valuable items was stupid. The music in that game is very irritating as well. The quests were lame, but I sort of enjoyed them.
The thing I liked the most about the game was how desperate people were to get the best items. People were scamming each other left, right, and center. The funniest attempts were when people asked to borrow you sword, armor, or an amount of money. I also found it amusing how the idiot beginners stood behind the high level players, whilst they were mining, waiting for the pick axe heads to fall off.
