HAHAHAH....Australia doesnt deserve to go to the 2nd round! They played totally average against Brazil and same with Japan. The only reason why they won 3-1 against japan is because the Japs let down their guard and just about gave up. I think Australia just might beat Croatia, not because they're better but because they were lucky to play Japan first!

You may know more about soccer but it doesnt take an expert to see how well the aussies played against Brazil. I saw so many chances for Australia that they just didnt get to finish.
Croatia V Australia will be a great game and im looking forward to it. It could go either way and i think who ever wins this match goes through dont they?

Until Aus vs Jap id never sat through a game of soccer, i watched it because my country made it to the WORLD CUP for the first time in years and i want to show support.

Ravi, grow a brain, a sporting brain. You are obviously one of the know-it-alls that have jumped on the bandwagon. If you watched Australia 12 months ago you would have seen some semi – talented players running around like headless chooks, headed by a couple of good players. Now you see a VERY WELL RUN TACTICAL SIDE, headed by probably the most effective and best coach in the world.

They shot from long distances, I’ve got no problem with that, if you can shoot, but they couldn’t. With these balls but anything could happen.

If you’re saying Australia’s defence was crap, then you were watching a different game, two best players on the park were Neill and Moore in my opinion, Popivic was playing well but got injured, then Chipperfield moved in and had a disasterous game, he should have done better for 1st goal!!

Get over yourself, NOOB. You know shit all, Australia is a country of 20 million people that has only had a good organized Football governing body for 2 years, out population is spread over, Soccer, AFL, Rugby League & Union, Cricket, Athletics, Swimming and others. Brazil is a country of 250 million people, all of them play soccer, they leave school in grade 2 (like Ronaldo did) to play soccer in the streets because it’s the only way to get out of poverty, they have played every single world cup, we’ve played 1 before this one.
