I got mine 2 weeks ago...ordered zelda and waited 4 days for it to arrive...learnt how to softmod in less than an hour and now I know almost as much about the wii as I do about the psp.

All you need is an sd card and a copy of zelda: twilight princess and your good to go

you don't need to open it. softmod lewy

Zelda TP has an exploit in it that you can use a hacked save file to hack your wii and install the homebrew channel, then you can install a whole lot of other stuff to make the wii orsum.

about the lego indiana jones and kung fu panda thingo

on JB it says that u can trade in 2 games and get a game for $2 tomoz so i was gonna trade in those 2 games

but there in the same case so do u think they will still let me?

1. copy hacked save file and homebrew channel .elf or .dol file onto an sd card.

2. insert game, load save, turn around, screen goes black and loads the .elf or .dol file and installs the homebrew channel from there you can do everything else...it's so easy.

Notes

must play zelda on the console atleast once to make the system creat a save in the memory.

must have system menu 3.4 or lower, 3.3 or lower is best.

and wat are the benifits of having homebrew other than Is*s???

and to burn games dont u need a speshal dvd drive?

goto system settings and u should see it in the top right corner (U=USA, E=EUR and J=JAP)

the homebrew scene is kinda dead for the wii but there are some nice apps out there.

no any dvd drive works for burning...to dump games you do though.
