Weeeell. They show up everywhere. I went to a party last night with long time mates that i just finished school alongside, and there was a couple of 15 yr olds.. maybe 16, there, that just happened to.

Yeah you can, kinda. You have year level parties. Then if someone that isn't in that year level turns up, everyone rejects them etc. I remember crashing a couple of yr 11 parties, haha good times, though very awkward.
