i don't like themes that change your icons atm, because they don't have some of the icons that i have, and i think it looks weird having some fit with the theme and some not, so i just go for themes that change everything but the icons (so the bar at the bottom ect.)

at the moment i have a coolio gears of war one

When you put it in sleep mode (it times out of you can press the button) then the touch screen deactivates. Presses on it won't do anything.

But if you mean beak as in snap in half then no it shouldn't lol.

Some people just don't like touch though, like i have a mate who doesn't like touch things cause he's like you and thinks that somehow he will break it

That's pretty much what I thought of themes at first.
But some themes (like Cake) alter un-themed icons to match the rest... almost.
