NOTE: THIS PROGRAM WRITES TO FLASH AND THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE BRICKING MAY OCCUR. AS ALWAYS USE GUIDE AT OWN RISK! ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILLITY
1. First download this package here [ http://homepage.mac.com/kevinmacleod/psp/310oe/310oea/310oea.zip ]. When download is complete, extract the files
2. Copy the folders oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME/ part of the memory stick.
3. Now, download the 1.5 EBOOT found here [ http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=163 ] and the 3.10 EBOOT found here [ http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=12460 ]
4. When downloads are complete, Extract the contents inside. Now rename the 1.5 EBOOT to "150" and the 3.10 to "310".
5. When you have finished naming them, put both of them in the "oeupdmaker" folder (Step 2.)
6. Now switch back to your PSP and go to "Game" then "Memory Card" and boot up "3.10OE-A Update Maker".
7. Now, when running 3.10OE-A Update Maker it will generate a DATA.DXAR file in the "oeupdmaker".
8. After its done on the PSP, Switch on USB mode and get the last 2 folders out of the package (Step 1).
9. These will be named "310oeflasher" and "310oeflasher%". Move both of them folders into the "PSP/GAME" directory.
10. Now go to the "oeupdmaker" folder (step 2) and copy the "DATA.DXAR" file inside it.
11. Now still in the "PSP/GAME" directory, Look for a folder named "310oeflasher" (Step 9) and paste the DXAR file in there.
12. On your PSP, go to "Game" then "Memory Stick" and boot up "3.10 OE-A Firmware Install" and follow the prompts.
13. If all goes well without any inturuptions, You should have 3.10 OE-A!
