In all seriousness - you all claim he is so much more immature and younger than you, even though you are the ones instigating conflict, you are illustrating the child-like bullying antics. Kudos to cam, for at least putting up with it, without going into a fit of crybaby antics like others have in the past.

However, I would prefer it also if Cam's foruming abilities improved - a lot - so maybe a little nudge in the right direction would help a bit more than this continous childish ranting?
