i like that idea WC lock cause i feel like myself many people are tied down and cant get on as much as they would like, work has just been hektik lately. so could all active MGS members please either PM me or just post in the thread that would be great thanks

yeah im alive, i finished my TAFE the other day and started personal training so have been busy with the new gym, heaps of clients and what not but i still jump on when i can. i believe it isnt really fair to you guys though so ill give it a week to see who is active and will see if it is worth passing some leadership weather it be mine or co-leader to some more active members
